Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Develop sales leads, schedule appointments, and educate customers on insurance options.
Process payments, policy changes, and renewals.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
Perform clerical tasks, including data entry and managing communications.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
