Responsibilities:
- Assist Customers: Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and service-related questions.
- Provide Information: Offer clear and helpful details about our services to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our database.
- Process Accounts: Handle basic account information, including updates and payment-related inquiries.
- Collaborate: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience in customer service through the phone (not required).
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism in email correspondence.
- Familiarity with the warehouse and packaging industry.

- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
