As a Customer Service Associate you serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting a local banking center. This role combines professional customer service with accurate transaction processing and financial product knowledge.

Starting Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers through in-person, drive-up, and phone interactions
Process accurate financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and related services
Balance daily transactions and maintain precise cash handling procedures
Promote and refer bank products and services to customers
Monitor and report suspicious activities to appropriate personnel
Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
Support additional ongoing projects as assigned
Working hours: 7:45 AM - 5:45 PM
