Responsibilities:
- Provide Outstanding Customer Support: You will have the opportunity to interact with customers through phone, internet, live chat, and in person, ensuring top-notch technical assistance, billing support, and service troubleshooting.
- Promote WCVT Services: You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills by recommending the right products and services based on customer needs.
- Manage Service Orders & Billing: You will have the opportunity to process service orders accurately, maintain precise customer records, and handle payment arrangements with attention to detail.
- Support Fiber Optic Installations: You will have the opportunity to conduct outbound calls, schedule appointments, and assist with the deployment and installation of fiber optic services.
- Collaborate with Teams: You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Customer Service, Technical Support, and Network teams to resolve complex service and technical issues, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: You will have the opportunity to leverage your high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a call center.
- Technical Know-How: You will have the opportunity to apply your general internet knowledge, especially regarding broadband, wireless connectivity, and devices like mobile phones, streaming gadgets, and tablets.
- Attention to Detail: You will have the opportunity to refine your analytical skills, ensuring accuracy while processing service orders, payments, and customer data.
- Communication & Teamwork: You will have the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with customers and co-workers to resolve service issues and provide exceptional service.
- Multitasking Abilities: You will have the opportunity to balance multiple tasks, ensuring service orders and billing inquiries are handled quickly and accurately.
