Establish working relationships with key customers. ? Manage assigned customer web-portals looking for and tracking available freight for bid and communicating dispatch and rates. ? Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our customer service processes and procedures. ? Maintain strong communications with customers and dispatch. ? Understand the rates for the assigned customers, ensuring the customers are accurately billed for the services provided. ? Identify potential problems and identify the potential solutions before the problem becomes a problem for the customer. Be Proactive. ? Attention to detail, ensuring the information provided to the customer is accurate. ? Follow up to ensure we are meeting the customers' expectations with on time pick up, delivery. ? Provide customer support and identify new customer opportunities integrated with customer service. ? Provide backup support and cross train with customer service and dispatch to be able to provide the customers or drivers with information related to the pickup or delivery of freight.

- Education with 3 plus years of industry experience preferred. - Experience in the field of logistics or transportation. - Outgoing personality with the confidence to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact and diplomacy. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing tasks and demands.
