As a key player in our customer care department, you'll ensure efficient order processing, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Problem-solve product or service issues, billing discrepancies, and complaints
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Review customer orders daily for accuracy and follow up with departments and customers as needed
- Manage customer profiles, documents, and data
- Work proficiently in multiple online platforms
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction, and call resolution rate
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Customer Service Experience (B2B experience preferred)
- Good time management skills
- Order management experience
- SAP experience (highly desirable)
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, and problem-solver
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of order management, supply chain, and customer engagement experience
- High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree or higher preferred
