Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate customer records through data entry.
Conduct follow-ups on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences.
Identify trends in customer interactions to enhance service quality.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Communication skills, verbal and written.
Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.
Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other customer service-related software.
Comfortable handling transactions and basic office tasks.
