As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of daily operations, handling everything from prospect inquiries to resident payments. This role requires someone who can gracefully juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor. Modern office setting with standard business hours. This role offers the perfect blend of desk work and personal interaction.
Responsibilities:
-Manage first impressions through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate property showings and follow up with prospects
- Process resident payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle Section 8 Housing paperwork and coordinate with team members
- Support resident communication including payment notices
- Drive community engagement through outreach programs
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Property management experience (preferred)
