Address standard customer service issues related to order processing and problem resolution.
Assist customers with file-related questions using your graphic design skills when needed.
Serve as a backup to the Customer Service Technical Support Specialist.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:
Graphic design background to serve as a backup to our Customer Service Technical Support Specialist when needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
3-5 years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required.
Proven work experience in customer service.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
