This position provides support in a call center environment, including choice counseling and enrollment in a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), performs data entry of enrollment choices and exemption/disenrollment in the State's Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS)
Employees will be able to work remotely after training but may be expected to return on-site per the State's request at any time.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, varies between 7am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service by managing customer calls. Provide support through processing enrollments, exemptions, and disenrollment by phone, mail, or other contact methods
- Maintain updated knowledge of the Wisconsin Medicaid programs and health plans available to members, provide information and fulfill requests for materials via mail, email, or download.
- Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities, including translation services for non English speakers, according to the established guidelines
- Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 2 years experience in a call center setting
- Must be able to type 30 wpm (testing required)
- Must have, or be able to set up, a dedicated and quiet workplace, including a stable and secure internet connection that meets requirements
