Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by efficiently processing orders and coordinating with internal departments to resolve inquiries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling general inquiries about pricing, products, and scheduling.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and ensure satisfaction.
- Interact with customers, sales teams, and service representatives to address pre-sales and post-sales requirements effectively.
- Utilize professional knowledge to assess and resolve abnormalities in workflows, ensuring smooth operations.
- Analyze and address issues within the working area, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks accurately and promptly.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Prior experience with SAP or Oracle systems is highly desirable and will be prioritized in candidate reviews.
- Proven experience in a customer service role with a focus on order management and client relationship building.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Analytical skills to identify abnormalities and devise effective solutions.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education or certifications in customer service, business, or related fields is a plus.
2+ years of experience in a customer service or related role preferred.
