Saturday, 9am to 7pm
Sunday, 11am to 7pm
YOU WILL NOT WORK ALL OF THESE HOURS!!!! However, you must be able to work within these hours. The company will assign the schedules. However, it will be a set schedule. Mandatory overtime and voluntary time off will be offered.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming phone and email contacts from customers in a professional and efficient manner
Mitigate customer escalations through effective decision making and problem solving skills
Maintain knowledge and ability to effectively articulate the clients brand, products, policies, and procedures
Drive sales by offering to place orders and suggest complementary items based on customer needs and preferences
Leverage multiple systems and tools to effectively handle customer contacts
Simultaneously handle cross-functional tasks including calls, emails, and data processing
Other duties as assigned

At least 6 months prior Customer service experience in a retail or call center environment.
Professional oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
