Responsibilities:
- In the absence of the Custodial Supervisor supervise that area work group
- Clean and maintain on a daily basis all halls, offices, shops, classrooms, conference rooms, labs, gym areas, locker rooms, elevators which includes sweeping, dusting, dust-mopping, wet-mopping, spot-moping, reconditioning of floors and spot washing and cleaning of walls, doors, and partitions
- Clean, and maintain all floors and floor coverings which includes regular duties such as vacuuming, shampooing, striping, sealing and waxing
- Clean all entrances, entrances walks, steps, patios and concourses
- Spot clean and clean all exterior and interior glass surfaces of all assigned buildings
- Clean ceiling lights and Venetian blinds
- Empty and clean all waste cans, trashcans, cigarette urns, recycle bins, water fountains and doormats
- Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Skills:
- Prior commercial custodial experience preferred

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2+ years??? experience in custodial work
- Valid driver???s license
