- Copy, download and scan Commercial Loan applicants personal and business financial statements.- Spread tax returns, financial statements, debt schedules, projections and other information that is necessary and relevant to analyze the request. - Use all available financial information to include RMA comparisons and other assumptions/projections (as applicable) to analyze all entities that contribute or use cash and determine what is reasonably available for debt service at both individual and globalized levels using EBITDA and/or UCA analysis as appropriate. - Analyze trends shown in this analysis.- Highlight and note inconsistencies and information gaps in documents provided by Commercial Loan applicants.- Pull credit reports.- Photograph and inspect collateral at the Commercial Loan Officer's request.- Assist in maintaining an up to date and accurate database of all financial reporting requirements and other loan covenants.- Maintain an accurate and up to date list of all annual reviews required in accordance with loan policy requirements and ensure timely completion of those reviews. - Assist in the preparation of loan documents.- Provide financial analysis as needed by Member Services Representative for business applicants and/or applicants with complex financial information.- Assist Commercial Loan Officers as needed, including following up with accountants, bookkeepers, insurance agents, or the loan applicants to obtain necessary additional information.

- Working knowledge of various business entity types and documentation requirements for each type of entity.- Working knowledge of requirements and processes necessary to perfect liens on all types of collateral. - Working knowledge of various government lending programs. - Strong mathematical, accounting and business analytical skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.- Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the phone with all internal and external stakeholders. Courtesy and tact are essential. - Ability and willingness to interact calmly and professionally with people from all backgrounds.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize day-to-day responsibilities with attention to detail and timeliness. - Ability to follow oral and written instructions.- Ability to work with others in an effective manner, listen well, share work-related information and be tolerant of others? work styles.- Competent with Microsoft Office; ability and willingness to work with a variety of office equipment and software systems.- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs., with or without accommodation.- Complete mandatory annual BSA training that includes Red Flag, Identity Theft, OFAC, CTR and SAR reporting and thresholds, as well as the safe keeping of member information, and passes any applicable tests.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, economics or business.- 1-2 years professional experience in Financial Analysis of small businesses preferred. - Prior experience using Credit Quest preferred.
