Responsibilities:
Assist customers by assessing their needs and recommending suitable HVAC products and services.
Maintain and stock inventory of HVAC-related products and supplies.
Unload and organize incoming deliveries.
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
Follow all safety, health, security, and environmental regulations.
Utilize Microsoft applications and other computer software for processing transactions and inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Experience working in an HVAC or wholesale distribution environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
General knowledge of HVAC products and industry standards.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and general computer skills.
