Under direct supervision, the Counter Sales Associate will evaluate customer needs and make appropriate product and service recommendations. This role is responsible for ensuring proper stocking and display of our client's branded and other HVAC-related products. You'll also assist with unloading deliveries and managing inventory.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and identify their HVAC needs.
Recommend suitable products/services and explain features, benefits, and warranty policies.
Maintain well-stocked shelves and an organized sales counter.
Assist in unloading products and restocking inventory.
Follow all safety, health, security, and environmental guidelines.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
Excellent interpersonal skills for working with contractors, technicians, and internal teams
Effective problem-solving abilities in a customer service setting
Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks
High attention to detail when stocking products or processing orders

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
General knowledge of HVAC products and systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
