eceivable (AR), and payroll entries, as well as tracking and filing sales-use taxes and 1099s. You will also be responsible for monitoring daily purchases and transactions related to UMF/OBAC, approving purchase requests, and ensuring that our UMF/PBAC job P&L aligns with company profit margins. Responsibilities:
Conduct cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
Track and analyze job profit and loss to inform strategic decision-making.
Ensure proper job cost coding for accurate financial reporting.
Manage Due to/From OBAC/UMF entries, AP, AR, and payroll.
Oversee the management of overtime and job labor costs to optimize profitability.
Monitor daily purchases and transactions for UMF/OBAC, maintaining accurate records.
Approve purchase requests in accordance with company policies and budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with management to ensure UMF/PBAC job P&L remains within established profit margins.
File and track sales-use taxes and manage the filing of 1099s.
Conduct monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Provide regular reports and insights on financial performance to support business objectives.
Assist with office management responsibilities to promote efficient operations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
In-depth understanding of profit and loss statements, cash flow management, and job costing.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
