Responsibilities:
Oversee the organization?s financial operations, ensuring compliance with non-profit accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage a small finance team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
Manage grant funding, including tracking incoming and outgoing grants, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and preparing financial reports for funders.
Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses for the executive team and board of directors.
Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processes.
Work closely with auditors, ensuring a smooth and efficient annual audit process.
Implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and best practices.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

CPA or MBA preferred

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
Proven experience leading a small team, with excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
Expertise in grant management, including compliance, tracking, and reporting.
Deep understanding of non-profit accounting principles, including GAAP and fund accounting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
