Responsibilities:
Managing cash collections, transfers, and weekly forecasting of cash needs.
Overseeing AR and AP processes, ensuring timely collections, vouching, and payments.
Balancing inventory monthly, analyzing discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
Leading month-end close processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring reporting accuracy.
Supporting year-end accounting activities, including preparation for tax returns and external audits.
Identifying and implementing process improvements across daily, monthly, and annual reporting.
Collaborating cross-functionally to support ERP implementation and special projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting with 5+ years of experience.
Strong background in manufacturing and job costing/standards creation.
Expertise in financial reporting and month-end close processes.
Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Continuous improvement mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
