Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor contracts related to the FSET program
- Interpret policies and regulations to ensure compliance and effective service delivery
- Serve as a liaison between the division, vendors, federal partners, and community organizations
- Draft recommendations and prepare issue papers to guide decisions
- Manage multiple projects and ensure alignment with Division goals
- Assist with technical support and compliance monitoring
Qualifications:
- Experience in contract management or working in contracted programs (negotiating, monitoring compliance, etc.)
- Experience working with contract and policy requirements.
- Experience with government procurement, case reviews, or providing technical assistance is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CARES Worker Web (CWW), the CARES FSET Tool, or the FoodShare Employment & Training (FSET) program.
