Construction Superintendent (K-12 or Healthcare Experience Required) - Central Michigan
We are seeking experienced Superintendents to join our team for various construction projects in central Michigan. This role is crucial in ensuring successful project execution by leading daily on-site activities and coordinating with trade contractors. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with trade contractors, suppliers, and team members.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and other industry safety standards.
Drive efficiency, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in various commercial projects.
Experience in K-12 or healthcare construction is required.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with contractors and clients.
OSHA 30 certification is required.
Bachelor?s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
