Responsibilities:
- Managing project scope, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Developing full-scale project plans, schedules, and progress reports to track milestones.
- Overseeing construction activities, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Identifying risks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget through effective resource management.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations for leadership and project stakeholders.
- Traveling biweekly to project sites to ensure smooth execution and team alignment
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related industrial construction field.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- 10+ years of project management experience in process mechanical or process piping.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, scheduling, and earned value management.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
