Responsibilities:
Read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and job instructions to help with planning.
Coordinate project schedules, track progress, and keep everyone updated.
Make sure projects follow safety rules, company policies, and industry standards.
Help order materials and schedule labor.
Keep clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
Organize and manage paperwork like contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Spot potential problems and help find solutions.
Stay up to date with new tools, processes, and construction methods to improve efficiency.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
1-2 years of experience in project coordination, ideally in construction.
Some college coursework, a degree, or certification in construction management, project management, or a related field preferred.
Experience with project management software preferred.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
Basic understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and handling data entry.
