We are seeking an experienced Construction Architect Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a blend of architectural expertise and project management skills to ensure that projects meet design specifications, stay within budget, and are completed on schedule. Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to architectural plans, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is realized in construction.
Oversee the development of construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring cost-effective and timely completion.
Identify and resolve design or construction issues that may arise during the building process.
Ensure compliance with all building regulations, codes, and permits.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
Lead and facilitate client meetings, pre-construction planning, and project closeout procedures.
Utilize project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, MS Project) to track project status and performance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
PMP or AIA certification (preferred but not required).

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in architecture and project management within the construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction best practices.
Proven experience in budget management, contract negotiation, and scheduling.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Experience conducting site inspections and ensuring construction quality.
