Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the job description creation process, including developing and maintaining accurate job profiles and benchmarking roles in the job market to ensure competitive positioning.
Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job offers, utilizing various levers to secure candidate acceptance.
Conduct workforce assessments to evaluate hiring levels and compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Support unique programs, such as structuring multi-year bonuses to attract top talent.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience in compensation analysis and accounting practices.

Bachelors

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience with benchmarking salaries.
Proficiency with compensation tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
