Spherion Staffing is looking to fill a 6-12-month contract position in Sioux Falls for a Community Behavioral Health Project Director. The Project Director's role is to coordinate and manage all activities related to the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Planning grant. Minimum qualifications for the partnering consultant for the Program Director role include previous experience and direct knowledge of South Dakota's behavioral health system, crisis response services and key partners in the delivery of those services.

The Project Director will assist with rate setting efforts, steering committee coordination and facilitation and overall communication strategy. The Project Director will participate in prospective provider site visits as a part of the planning grant scope.
The Project Director position will serve at a 50% FTE capacity.
Engagement Length: 6-12 months
The work will be conducted on site and remotely. Travel may include site visits to prospective providers.
Pay: $40-55/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Provide project management support to the Behavioral Health team to assist with overall coordination and management of grant activities; this includes assisting with provider readiness and capacity building and state readiness and provisional certification
-Assist with rate setting efforts
-Steering committee coordination and facilitation
-Develop overall communication strategy related to grant activities
-Material development
-Assist in creation of RFP criteria for vendors identified in grant
-Facilitate steering committee and maintain communication with stakeholders

-Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience, specific to behavioral health
-Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience
-Experience leading cross functional teams
