Responsibilities:
Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Market available commercial spaces through advertisements, networking, and collaborations with brokers.
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, ensuring terms align with company goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective tenants.
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Facilitate smooth move-ins and move-outs, coordinating with relevant departments.
Conduct market research to stay informed of local market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
Provide recommendations on pricing strategies and lease structures to maximize property value.
Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and revenue.
Work closely with the property management team to ensure spaces are maintained to attract and retain tenants.
Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to address tenant issues and property improvements.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for property operations and capital expenditures.
Ensure all leasing activities comply with local, state, and federal laws.
Maintain accurate records of leasing agreements, tenant communications, and financial transactions.
Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize lease contracts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Leasing Specialist or Real Estate License) are a plus.
Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing.
Familiarity with lease agreements, financial analysis, and market research.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and property performance.
