Responsibilities:
Make collection calls daily to members on various loan types, including secured, unsecured, and credit cards.
Input, track, and organize data using Microsoft Excel.
Respond to member inquiries via tickets, emails, and voicemails in a timely manner.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in a call center or as a teller.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1+ year of collections experience is required.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 products (especially Excel).
Available to work shifts during the week, with occasional Saturdays.
