Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts and products according to technical drawings and specifications.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure correct machining processes.
Load and unload raw materials into machines and ensure machines are properly calibrated.
Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and meet production goals.
Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Conduct quality control checks using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Maintain accurate production records, including work orders, quantities produced, and machine settings.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize the production process and reduce downtime.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience with specific CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, routers, etc.).
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
Knowledge of machine maintenance and repair.
Ability to program CNC machines (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC machining or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience (1+ years) operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of CNC programming, setup, and operation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions.
Proficient in using measuring tools and performing quality control checks.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
