Responsibilities:
- Operate and program CNC lathe machines.
- Set up and run various CNC and manual machines.
- Inspect completed parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Evaluate finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Follow blueprints and bills of materials.
- Perform machine programming and other assigned duties.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to read engineering drawings, perform shop math, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a steady pace with high accuracy.
- Capability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and see projects through to completion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Vocational trade school experience preferred.
