Spherion is seeking a Post Closing Administrator for a growing company in Sarasota, FL.
Responsibilities:
Assist Closing Advocates with obtaining titles and lien releases.
Prepare DMV paperwork for the closing team.
Review DMV paperwork received from Closing Advocates to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Ensure all necessary documents are available for DMV processing.
Make daily calls to banks to check the status of titles and lien releases within 5 business days.
Notarize documents as needed for the closing team.
Print electronic titles once the lien has been released and fax them to the DMV.
Drop off DMV paperwork at the Sarasota Tax Office for processing.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years in sales or customer service operations.
Ability to lead and ensure the successful closing of deals.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Downloading and attaching files, using Google products, scanning documents, and learning new systems.
