Responsibilities:
- Serve as the bridge between clinical operations and the technical EHR team, ensuring effective use of EHR systems.
- Guide best practices for clinical documentation and streamline workflows in collaboration with the EHR Analyst.
- Provide training and support to clinical staff on the use of EHR tools, ensuring alignment with day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to improve communication and patient care processes.
- Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of EHR changes, including system upgrades and form revisions.
Qualifications:
- RN with a solid clinical background, understanding CNA, LPN, and RN workflows.
- 3+ years of experience in clinical informatics or a related field.
- Knowledge of EHR systems (Epic experience preferred) and the ability to bridge clinical operations with technical solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a focus on process improvement and documentation best practices.
