We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to manage patient exams and ensure high-quality care in a chiropractic practice. This role involves overseeing clinical responsibilities, assisting with patient consultations, and maintaining accurate records while providing exceptional service to our patients.

- Manage patient exams during shifts and conduct New Patient consultations, exams, and x-rays (if certified).
- Assist in the completion and confirmation of patient paperwork.
- Perform Progress Exams and follow up on imaging as required.
- Order and facilitate outside imaging, including preparation, submission, and scheduling reviews.
- Prepare the x-ray machine and process images for daily use.
- Enter all exam transactions accurately into the software for clinical findings and fees.
- Organize and maintain patient exam folders, ensuring proper order and documentation.
- Conduct weekly New Patient orientations, presenting health information to small groups.
- Educate patients in the waiting area and follow up with personalized communications.
- Administer active and passive therapies, including laser, decompression, and group therapy.
- Document recommendations and ensure compliance with treatment plans.
- Participate in weekly PINCs meetings and assist with administrative tasks.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in chiropractic care.
- Knowledge of treatment protocols and patient care practices.
- Experience in patient education and community outreach.
- Familiarity with preparing promotional materials and administrative documentation.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Certification in relevant imaging procedures (if applicable).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with clinical software and EHR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
