Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for early learning program
Monitor program performance including enrollment targets, compliance and outcomes
Set long-term goals for early learning initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders including educators, parents and government agencies to assess and prioritize program offerings
Lead and support program managers, coordinators and other staff
Build relationships with community organizers, school districts and policymakers to expand resources for early learning
Collect and analyze data on program outcomes and use data to refine programs
Manager budget for early learning programs
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Masters degree is preferred
Previous experience in an early childhood learning environment is preferred
Knowledge of grant writing
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
A degree in early childhood education, public administration or related field
Proven track record in program management and leadership in the education or nonprofit sector
Familiarity with state and federal early learning initiatives
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Competency in managing budgets, timelines and data to drive program efficiency
