Safely and efficiently operate a cherry picker forklift to pick and retrieve materials from high storage locations according to work orders or instructions.Accurately identify and verify items and quantities as per the pick list or order.Transport picked items to designated staging areas, ensuring proper handling and securing of loads.Load and unload materials from trucks or other transport vehicles as required, using the cherry picker.Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift inspections of the forklift, including checking fluid levels, battery, brakes, and other safety equipment, and report any issues or maintenance needs immediately.Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the forklift and assigned warehouse zones.Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.Collaborate effectively with other warehouse personnel to ensure efficient workflow and on-time order fulfillment.Participate in training and development programs to enhance job skills and safety knowledge.Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
