Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
Assist in the setup of surgical instruments and equipment.
Ensure all necessary supplies are available and functioning prior to surgery.
Collaborate with the surgical team to facilitate smooth operations.
Monitor patient vital signs and assist with data collection as needed.
Maintain knowledge of emergency medicine protocols to respond effectively in critical situations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding infection control and safety standards.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with surgical practices.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Ability to collect and analyze data effectively during surgical procedures.
Familiarity with medicine practices and protocols.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within a healthcare team.
Capability to monitor vital signs accurately and respond appropriately in emergencies.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining sterile environments.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Have active accredited surgical technologist certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
Proficient understanding of medical terminology related to surgical procedures.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to surgery.
Experience in ICU, PICU, or critical care settings is preferred.
