We are seeking a skilled and dependable CDL Class A Driver to ensure the safe, timely delivery of food products to designated customer locations. This position involves operating a tractor trailer, unloading freight using a hand truck or manually, and providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-trip inspections and verify trailer loads according to DOT regulations.
Safely deliver goods to customer locations, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer interactions.
Unload deliveries using hand trucks or manually, navigating ramps and steps.
Collect payments and obtain delivery confirmations.
Perform post-trip duties, including reporting returns, fueling, and maintenance checks.
Maintain accurate driver logs and participate in company-mandated training programs.
Comply with all DOT and company safety guidelines.
Travel up to 5 days per week - return home on the weekends.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or GED.
One year of commercial experience delivering food products.
Ability to operate manual transmission trucks.
Prior experience with backhaul and shuttle operations.
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of legal residence.
Minimum of 6 months of commercial driving experience, or 3 months in food/beverage delivery.
Must be DOT-qualified and able to pass a DOT drug screening.
Able to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and work in various weather conditions.
Able to work assigned schedule, including overtime and up to 5 days per week with weekend return.
Proficient with or willing to learn GPS and delivery tracking systems.
