This position requires approximately 10-15% travel throughout Pasco, Hernando & Citrus Counties for reasons such as (but not limited to):
- Safety tours
- Client Visits
- Recruiting Fairs
- Networking Events

Responsibilities:
As a Staffing Consultant, you???ll be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment to manage resources, tools and technologies to Attract, Recruit, Engage and Retain both businesses and the talent they seek to fill their Temporary, Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire positions.
???Attract, Recruit, Engage, and Retain Quality Talent for Full Time, Part Time, Temporary, Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire positions
???Manage individuals and groups of Temporary and Temp-to-Hire Flexible field employees
???Manage and follow through on Direct Hire placements & referrals
???Ensure compliance with Spherion, County, State, Federal and Client Company requirements
???Communicate effectively, Document, Follow-Up, and Track
???Ensure timely completion of all pre-employment screenings, on-boarding and new hire orientations
???Conduct client safety visits, meetings, and presentations
???Assist in the planning, development and facilitating conversations and recruiting activities
???Assist in managing accounts, developing new opportunities, and generating new leads
???Establish, support and strive towards exceeding branch staffing goals

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
???High School Diploma, General Education Diploma or Equivalent
???4-year business degree is preferred (or the equivalent in related work experience)
???At least three years of professional experience in a recruiting, human resources or customer service position
