Responsibilities:
Curate Exceptional Travel Experiences: Guide customers through various excursion options, leveraging your expertise to make each offering irresistible.
Engage Across Channels: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, converting inquiries into sales by actively engaging and listening to customers.
Collaborate to Improve Processes: Work with the team to share insights on customer trends and feedback, enhancing our service quality and efficiency.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Sales-Driven Mindset: Proven experience in a sales role where you excel at connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and delivering compelling recommendations.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and enthusiastically convey information about destinations and excursions, both verbally and in writing.
High Emotional Intelligence: A knack for listening and understanding customer motivations to tailor suggestions that align with their desires.
Multitasking Expertise: Comfortable handling multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong Knowledge of Geography and Destinations: A good grasp of world geography, especially cruise ports, to effectively suggest and discuss various travel options.
Upselling and Cross-Selling Prowess: Demonstrated ability to boost sales by suggesting relevant add-ons and turning inquiries into complete package experiences.
Tech-Savvy with Booking Systems and CRMs: Proficiency with booking platforms and customer relationship management systems, coupled with fast and accurate data entry (30 WPM minimum).
Adaptable and Open to Feedback: Willingness to embrace change, continuous learning, and proactive improvement in sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
