Inbound Calls:
Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Upsell additional products or services to existing customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the database.
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate sales leads and follow up on leads.
Promote and sell products or services to prospective customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately.
Record call information and update customer records.
General Responsibilities:
Achieve personal and team sales goals.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Fluent in a secondary language, preferably Spanish, beneficial but not necessary
