As a Vacation Planner, you'll use your excellent customer service skills and wanderlust spirit to assist clients in crafting personalized travel itineraries. From exotic beach getaways to thrilling adventure trips, you'll play a key role in turning their travel dreams into reality.

This position is a hybrid position and requires a candidate to be local to the Lansing, MI area.
Hours: 9-6 includes working weekends.

Responsibilities:
Engage with customers professionally via phone, email, and chat to maximize sales opportunities.
Upsell tours and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
Use proprietary booking systems to manage orders and update customer data.
Collaborate with leadership and team members to provide feedback and improve operations.
Stay informed about global cruise destinations and excursion offerings to provide accurate recommendations.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Fluency in Spanish and/or French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Docs Suite.
Travel/cruise agency experience.
Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) accreditation.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
1+ years in a high-volume inbound call center environment.
Strong sales, service, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet performance metrics.
Detail-oriented with data entry accuracy.
Knowledge of world geography, particularly cruise ports.
