Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed established sales goals and targets.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
Canvass the assigned territory and set up appointments to generate proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate leads.
Sell various services, including recurring contracts and one-time solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Franchise Owner to implement sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using company systems.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and continuous professional development.
Ensure a minimum number of sales calls daily, with a target of 16 monthly appointments.

Skills:
Previous sales experience in a service-based industry.
Ability to network effectively and develop strong client relationships.
Familiarity with sales reporting software (e.g., Salesforce or similar CRM systems).
Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
Action-oriented with a high level of perseverance and drive for results.

Qualifications:
Bachelor???s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, canvassing and managing appointments in the field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Salesforce, Google Suites, and Microsoft Office Suites.
Clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.
