We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team and expand our presence in the Atlanta area. This role is a dynamic mix of account management (50%) and new business development (50%). You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and representing our company with a positive and professional demeanor. A key focus of this role will be on clients in the fire and water restoration business, particularly those catering to senior living and healthcare facilities, with a secondary focus on commercial contracts.

Responsibilities:
Account Management (50%):
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the Atlanta area.
Conduct regular check-ins, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
Track and report on account performance.
New Business Development (50%):
Prospect and identify potential new clients in the construction, property management, and related industries.
Schedule and conduct introductory meetings and presentations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new contracts.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
Territory Management:
Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory (Atlanta metro area and surrounding regions) to meet with clients and prospects.
Overnight travel may be required.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales progress and pipeline development.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong construction background.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentation and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
