seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team and expand our presence in the Florida Panhandle. This role is a dynamic mix of account management (50%) and new business development (50%). You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and representing our company with a positive and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Account Management (50%):
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the Florida Panhandle.
Conduct regular check-ins, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
Track and report on account performance.
New Business Development (50%):
Prospect and identify potential new clients in the construction, property management, and related industries.
Schedule and conduct introductory meetings and presentations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new contracts.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
Territory Management:
Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory (Gulf Shores, Milton, FL, Mississippi, Orange Beach) to meet with clients and prospects.
Overnight travel may be required.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales progress and pipeline development.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong construction background.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
