We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships within the Charleston tri-county area. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the sales, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored staffing solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients. ??
- Conduct presentations and proposals to showcase our staffing services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
- Provide exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Work with Recruiters to ensure proper fulfillment of clients staffing needs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in business development or sales within the staffing or B2B sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. -
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong networking skills.
