-Responsible for managing all sales and operational functions within the branch-Lead and develop branch staff with the goal of providing excellent service to members in transactions, loans and accounts-Create and maintain a sales and service environment within the branch-Monitor key products and sales within branch to ensure profitable and sound business practice as well as the highest quality of service for the members-Evaluate job performance of branch staff to ensure quality of work and service to the membership-Apply and evaluate security and audit policies and procedures for the branch-Ensure that the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations-Monitor branch activity including number of transactions, volume, teller errors, loan volume, teller and loan personal sales, and new accounts-Ensure documents are properly reviewed and signed prior to leaving the branch-Maintain minimal QC errors and hold staff accountable to the same-Assist staff members in solving complex problems or member issues-Recommend, implement and supervise the branch budget
