The purpose of this position is to offer support to the daily operations of the Branch Office and Branch Manager(s).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales team to complete documentation for patients.
- Provide reception services, including telephone and in-person contact.

- Perform processing duties such as handling intakes, reviewing ACIS screens to assist customers, and confirming delivery appointments.
- Conduct post-delivery work order confirmations and data entry.
- Assist with coordinating patient Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) classes, including assembling paperwork and instructions for non-licensed activities.
- Download data from recording devices like apnea monitors, oximeters, and CPAP devices.
- Perform functional tests on certain respiratory equipment.
- Handle requests for audits and documentation purposes.
- Support the overnight oximetry program.
- Collect credit card and billing information.
- Assist with patient scheduling.
- Perform routine scanning, filing, and faxing of records.
- Aid in warehouse and patient equipment preparation.
- Manage equipment setup or return, instruct patients, complete paperwork, explain insurance and expenses, handle payments, retrieve equipment from the warehouse, and reconcile daily receivables.
- Conduct outbound customer satisfaction calls.
- Order inventory or office supplies.
- Perform other duties as required.
