The Branch Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless operations within the branch. This position is instrumental in coordinating administrative tasks, supporting the sales team, and ensuring compliance with corporate and financial requirements for invoicing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and excels in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the branch sales team to collect and verify documentation required for invoicing equipment sales.
Communicate with corporate administration and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales paperwork.
Maintain detailed records of sales documentation and invoice submissions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries and requests within the branch.
Prepare reports and updates on invoicing progress and outstanding documentation.
Support the sales team with scheduling, client communication, and other administrative needs.
Manage office supplies and oversee general administrative tasks to support branch operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to invoicing and documentation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in administrative support or coordination roles, preferably in a sales or equipment-focused industry.
Familiarity with invoicing software or processes.
Knowledge of corporate finance procedures and documentation requirements.
Customer service experience, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness.
Education:
High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and invoicing.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Associate's Degree or 2 years of college coursework and equivalent training.
Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time.
