As a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' financial needs and providing essential office support. You will manage client bookkeeping projects, handle client inquiries, and assist with various office tasks. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
Handle multiple client bookkeeping projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide backup support for the front desk and phones as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
Address routine client questions and provide helpful and timely assistance.
Collaborate regularly with partners to deliver outstanding client service.
Support multiple client engagements, identifying issues and communicating progress effectively.
Assist with other projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Skills:
2-year associate degree in accounting.
QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online experience.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
Willingness to take supervision and guidance.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering quality client service.
