The Part-Time Bookkeeper will report directly to the [Accounting Manager] and work closely
with other team members to help manage the financial integrity of the business.
Responsibilities:
-Record Financial Transactions: Accurately enter and categorize financial data in
QuickBooks.
-Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card
accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure records are consistent with actual
financial activity.
-Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and track invoices, payments, and receipts,
ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
-Payroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll, ensuring all employee payments, tax
deductions, and benefits are accurately calculated and processed.
-Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including
balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
-Cash Flow Monitoring: Track and report on the company?s cash flow to help with
financial planning.
-Administrative Support: Provide general accounting support and assist with audits,
budget preparation, and other financial projects as required.
-Maintain Records: Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with
company policies and legal regulations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
-Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Qualifications:
-High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
-5+ years recent Bookkeeping Experience
